Burglary Suspects Arrested - 10/23/05

On the weekend of Oct 21 2005, Milton Police Department made a few arrests dealing with a couple of Burglaries that happened on or about Oct 14th  2005, in the Town of Milton, in which Two firearms were stolen, one expensive bicycle and some cash.
 
 Milton Police learned from the investigation that Accused Mr. Joshua A. WELDIN, 16, of Milton and Mr. Charles E. MOORE, 17, of Milton were both involved and arrested for the following crimes: One count of Burglary 2nd, one count of Burglary 3rd, Two counts of Theft of a Firearm, one Felony Theft over $ 1000.00 dollars (of a Bicycle), one Theft under $ 1000.00 dollars and Conspiracy 2nd.    
Milton Police learned that the Accused subjects did contact / entered into a dwelling and a garage and did remove two firearms and one expensive bicycle, and some money.  
The two Accused subjects had also been detained by the Lewes Police Department on or about Oct 14th 2005 in reference to a Burglary and Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony that occurred in the Town of Lewes, De.
Milton Police Department picked up the two Accused subjects and learned their stories to this case.
Milton Police then processed and used the J.P. Court video phone at Milton P.D. to arraign both subjects on the charges in this incident. Both WELDIN and MOORE were committed to the Stevenson House in Milford, De, on default of $ 8, 500.00 dollars secured bond each.
Case Pending in Sussex County Family in Georgetown at a later date.
