On Oct. 31 2005, at around 1701hrs (0501 PM) Milton Police Department responded to an auto accident at the Shipbuilders Village off of Mulberry Street Milton, De.

Milton Police Department made contact with Mr. David Q. CONWAY, 31 of Milton, the subject involved in the accident. Police learned from the witnesses who observed Accused CONWAY driving the vehicle in question (2002 Ford Full size Van).  Police learned from the Witnesses that the 2002 Ford full size van belonging to Mr. David Q. CONWAY was traveling at a high rate of speed on Spinnaker Lane and ran off the road and hit one 1985 Toyota pick up pushing it into the front yard of the house that was ran into. The Accused CONWAY?s van then traveled into the front of the house in the area of the front door. The 2002 Ford van then came to rest inside the living room of the house.  

Accused CONWAY the driver of the 2002 Ford Van received minor injuries and was transported to the Milford Hospital. (No one else was injured in this accident.)

Milton Police Department is still investigating the accident at this time and any charges are pending further investigation.
