Burglary 3rd, Tampering w/ Vehicle, Criminal Mischief domestic arrest

Milton Police Department on June 27, 2011 responded to a reported criminal mischief on Atlantic Street with the suspect Robert Vadakin, 20, of Lincoln, De. fleeing the scene on a skateboard.  Milton Police searched the area and located Vadakin a couple of blocks away on the corner of Mill St and Federal St. Vadakin was taken into custody without incident. Milton Police learned that Vadakin used an unknown device to scratch a word into the female victim’s car hood, Vadakin also entered the car and attempted to do damage to the engine of the 2009 Chevy Malibu.
 Milton Police transported Vadakin to the Department where he was processed for Burglary 3rd, Tampering with a Vehicle, and Criminal Mischief. Vadakin was arraigned via video phone with JP2 and released on $1,600.00 unsecured bond with a no contact order issued with the victim pending a prelim hearing at a later date.
