Narrative: Milton Police responded to an unknown complaint in the 100 block of Carriage Dr at Wagamons West Shore. Milton Police contacted Roy and Brown and were advised that they had an argument during which time Roy threatened to kill Brown and Brown punched Roy in the face. Roy was taken to Beebe Medical Center where he was treated and released then taken into custody.
Roy was processed and released by JP 3 with a no contact order. A warrant was issued for Brown who turned herself into Milton Police and she was processed and released pending a future court hearing with a no contact order in place.
