The Milton Town Council, sitting as a Board of Appeals, will hear and address Property Tax Appeals
at a Special Meeting on Thursday, January 19th, 2012 at the Milton Public Library, Second Floor, at
121 Union Street, Milton, DE 19968 at 6:30 p.m.
Any taxable person or entity may file an appeal by filing an application in writing at the Town Hall no
later than 4:30 p.m. on January 4, 2012. The application must state the reason or reasons for the appeal.
Once such an application has been filed, the Town of Milton shall notify the appellant of the date, time
and location of the hearing.

Hall, 115 Federal Street, Milton, DE 19968 or at www.ci.milton.de.us.
